How can I change my service area later?

You can update your service area anytime from your Settings.

Go to Settings → Personal Settings → Service Area, and choose one of the available options:

  1. Update your service address
Change your primary address and adjust the radius around it.
  2. Upload a custom ZIP-code list
Upload a file containing the ZIP codes you want to service. Supported formats: CSV, XLS, XLSX, numbers only.
  3. Drag & drop your ZIP file directly into the upload field
Use the “Custom Files Upload” block to replace or extend your service area.

After saving, the system will automatically update which leads you receive.

Ability to call or message homeowners directly from the lead card (where supported).
  4. Service area and service type setup

How do I upgrade to a Paid plan?

You can upgrade your plan at any time from your Subscription page.

Go to Profile → Subscription, choose the plan you want (Essential or Pro+), and click Subscribe. After confirming your payment method, your new plan will activate immediately, and your monthly lead allowance will refresh according to the plan you selected.

Upgrading does not interrupt your existing workflow — all your leads, settings, and service areas remain unchanged.
